Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Communities (Formerly Spredfast + Lithium)

My team is responsible for maintaining Paxful’s online communities through fast and reliable responses to all concerns raised by our users that is not made through our customer support channel. We use Khoros Communities to manage our social media platforms in order to interact with our users among other things.

Khoros Communities account managers have been extremely helpful and accommodating to all inquiries and help needed. They've helped answer questions that would benefit my team. The available features and widgets also help us identify certain key performance metrics easily.
Real time analytics is great but we have been having challenges in exporting a bulk of this data into a CSV file.

Fast response times and prioritized channels definitely helped in customer satisfaction.
Conversation sentiments could help but it would be good if it was automated.
Khoros Communities offers great customer support for community managers and account execs. Support is accommodating and easy to reach! Above all the features, it's important to have relationships with the client so I appreciate that most.

As part of the social and community team, we get to work with marketing initiatives platforms such as Khoros Social Listening which is very helpful. We get to send out real-time reports on how the team is doing and categorize these based on the filters available. However, Khoros Communities lacks certain Workforce utilization that is appropriate from an operational standpoint including data exports, utilization, etc
