Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Marketing

I primarily use Khoros Marketing to schedule, post, and respond to messages on social media platforms. I occasionally use it to gather account data and measure success.

Pros

  • Schedule Social Posts on various platforms with ease
  • Easy display comments and responses to our social posts
  • Understand when there are errors/issues with social posts that need to be amended

Cons

  • Sometimes Khoros follows outdated rules/limits on social posts
  • Reporting could be more comprehensive
  • I was able to build and maintain multiple social channels for my brands
I have yet to engage with Khoros support.
We've used Khoros to spot product leaks and other potential issues to help contain product spoilers.
I have yet to engage Khoros to this degree, but it does feel scalable.

I would say Khoros is among the better platforms I've evaluated, near the top of the pack.
I find that Khoros Marketing is particularly useful for day to day social management. It allows me to easily schedule, post, and track social posts across multiple platforms - Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook, even with multiple accounts on each platform.

It would be useful to see Khoros more quickly adapt to the social scene as it evolves rapidly - more platforms, staying abreast of updates, and more.
