Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Marketing

Moderating user comments and interactions on multiple social media platforms
  • Its labeling system is very robust - you can be quite specific without much hassle
  • Splitting posts into opened and unreviewed columns
  • Being able to see notes from all Khoros users
  • It's sometimes hard to get the native link to a user's post, especially if it's hidden
  • The button to hide posts will sometimes come up with an error multiple times (on the same post) before working
  • I have no idea, I don't deal with those metrics
I'm not sure what the impact has been, I don't really see the bigger picture in this way through my job
Khoros allows content moderators to quickly report adverse events and immediate escalatons
I assume it is good for smaller businesses, since it seems to be good for bigger businesses

Khoros offers more specific labels for customer posts
It is a good system if one or two users will be on the page at one time - if there are three or more users that need to moderate the page at the same time, there will be trouble working with the bookmark system
