Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Social Media Management

The organization I work for uses Khoros Social for two vastly different clients. We can efficiently moderate, respond to, and escalate multiple issues on various platforms for the client. Thanks to Khoros, we can check multiple platforms within our required SLAs. Escalations can be made promptly as well.

By working with Khoros Support for the past two years, we've successfully monitored a very big client of ours across all their social media pages. Not only do we monitor, but it also helps us with our engagement opportunities. The speed with which we respond gives a real human touch to an otherwise automated system.
Using Khoros Social, we have spotted crises for one of our clients almost immediately. This included robberies and fires. We can also quickly clear any subject matter that is against what our client allows.
It has matched our company well and has grown with us as the client has given us more responsibility.

While I cannot say any scenarios where Khoros wouldn't be useful (when it comes to social media moderation), I can say it is very well suited for clients who have time constraints on their work. With the speed Khoros can pull in new content, we see issues for the client almost immediately.
