Overall Satisfaction with Kinsta
We use Kinsta to host our clients websites as well as our own corporate website. It has been a game changer for us to be able to provide hosting without having to manage an entire load-balanced server infrastructure and all of the headaches that go along with that. Their customer support is amazing and allows us to not have to fret about having smart assistance when we need it and they are proactive about finding and fixing problems.
Pros

- Simple pricing with generous benefits at each price point.
- Very reliable service. They are quick to fix downtime issues.
Cons
- Inability to host non-WordPress sites.
- No emergency telephone support.
- Reduced the amount of time spent managing our hosting infrastructure by over 80%.

- Given us peace of mind that our client websites are going to be live, secure, and available to their customers.
From a pricing standpoint, Kinsta is a deal that we haven't found can be beat. They are always innovating and adding features to their service, they aren't as inflexible and rigid as many hosted services are. Kinsta often reaches out for feedback, feature requests and including customers in betas to try our their newest features. They truly want to be partners with their customers.
