Overall Satisfaction with Kintone

I am a self-employed independent contractor handling provider enrollments and credentialing for approximately 80 physicians and mid-level providers. Since there is a massive amount of data that needs to be kept current and at a moment's reach for each provider, I needed something besides a spreadsheet to manage all of that data and associated projects. Kintone has been a LIFESAVER. I can make my own apps, export to a spreadsheet if needed, and reach anything I need in just a second. I could not be happier with this agreement with Kintone.

  • EASY setting up a new app on the first day
  • I would like to be able to use a font color.
  • I would like to be able to highlight certain items in my projects.
  • I am able to manage more providers and more projects because I have Kintone.
  • I am able to easily view data that I need.
  • I am able to find any documents that I need as I can save them in Kintone.
I get an almost immediate response to a question. Best customer service I have ever seen. And with a smile.
Admittedly, I have not used half of the available features, but what I needed is easy to use. Customization is the most valuable feature. No product out there, without customizations, would work for most companies. I don't know how I could live without it.
I tried managing my data with spreadsheets, IntelliCred, EchoApp, several private databases.

I think anyone who has to manage data could use Kintone. I have had several purchases in the past, trying to make my life easier, but Kintone does it best. and easier than any others.

Yes - Excellent. I can find anything on my phone.
