Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We needed a CRM platform to store and analyze your data. We invest in MCA investments with various syndications and were using excel to track it all. We needed something to conglomerate and analyze our data.

Plug-ins are almost always needed and a good knowledge of them and their functionality is required for certain implementations/solutions

Support Rating

The people I worked with were very responsive and helpful in showing me how to use Kintone. They were always happy to answer questions over zoom or email and their solutions were usually very thorough and well-though out.

Product Configurability

We were able to build out a platform that most of our initial goals. We needed a CRM platform that could track various investments across different accounts and calculate meaningful numbers to track our performance. I would say that for the most part we were able to achieve our goals in a short period of time.

Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

We transferred our data records from Google Sheets to Kintone. While they aren't very comparable, the amount of tools and analysis that Kintone allowed us to do were far superior to Google Sheets.

I think that it's great for anyone trying to develop a CRM platform or a process management platform very quickly or by themselves. It is quite affordable and easy to use, so for some fairly basic applications it is a great tool/place to start. For very advanced applications where there is a lot of data, I think that it would be not as well suited.
