Overall Satisfaction with KISSmetrics

Our eCommerce team is currently using KISSmetrics to better understand user behavior and customer profiles. We are actively working with KISSmetrics to ensure that the data we are seeing is an accurate reflection of activity on the site. We are hopeful that this platform will ultimately give us incremental key insights into customer and prospect buying behavior and lead us to prioritize updates to the site to maximize the eCommerce channel.
  • Ties revenue to user groups.
  • Ties revenue to traffic drivers (including attribution), like SEO, SEM, email, and others.
  • Provides some analytics at a deeper level than Google Analytics.
  • Getting set up properly on the front end based on what our goals are.
  • Deeper technical understanding by primary points of contact.
  • Troubleshooting when we have questions about the data or about setting up / running custom reports.
  • I cannot clearly answer that question just yet as we are still working with KISSmetrics to get our customer reports set up. We need to be very confident in the data we are seeing.

Difficult to yet know how KM stacks up against those listed. The decision to use KISSmetrics was made by someone else on the team based on their previous experience using it.
We think KISSmetrics has a lot of potential, but we are not yet realizing the full benefits as we are still trying to get everything set up to report accurate data.
