KISSmetrics is being used by the marketing department to make actionable decisions regarding customer acquisition and retention. It also helps us identify areas where we can improve our product.

  • Helps us understand what individual customers are having trouble with our system so we can give proactive customer support.
  • Helps us identify issues with the onboarding experience.
  • Lower priced plans.
  • Definite improvement in employee efficiency when compared to Google Analytics.
  • Improved insight into user behavior.
  • Great for improving user experience issues.

Haven't found another product that does what KISSmetrics can do.
It's well suited for SaaS companies but may not be good for a general blog.
