Overall Satisfaction with Klipfolio

We use Klipfolio to manage our business dashboard and publish department-centric dashboards. Our main focus is to share the mountain of data we have about our company and performance with our staff and drive behaviors based on the data.

Pros

  • Great support team, my main support person Janice has been awesome over the last 2 years of working together.
  • Lots of integrations with Facebook, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, and many others.
  • Very flexible platform and ability to bring data in from multiple and different data sources.

Cons

  • If you are an Excel guru then Klipfolio is easy, if not it is intimidating without some help.
They are all based on a similar methodology (Excel) but I felt Klipfolio had better integrations and their support team has been the difference maker. For a company that needs some hand-holding and guidance, Klipfolio is the right choice.
I think it is well suited for all environments where leadership needs to look at data points within a company or team. To me this is an easy way to share data in an easy to view way for all levels of an organization
