Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it for our new hire onboarding campaigns along with our annual policy review along with refreshing content to stay current. It has helped us in finding modules for harassment and discrimination with a helpful training on microaggressions.

Pros and Cons

Easy to find training modules
Modules are short enough to keep user attention span
Material within those modules are easy to understand
The quizzes aren't stressful to the point of fearing to fail
Content stays fresh, modules retire and new ones that are updated are released

I'd like to see a more diverse range of modules, the ones they do have are good but limited to just 1 or maybe 2 on certain topics.
It would be nice to have the ability to edit an active training campaign to update the modules without having to clone and create a new one, then add in the modules.
Their mod store search function could be improved with quick categories/topics.

Return on Investment

Improves employee awareness of our policies and practices, which can be built into a single campaign like a new employee onboarding or annual policy review.
Increases our security posture by engaging employees in security best practices, choosing a password, which also teaches them about why these are important to a business.
The interface of mods are better suited to learning and showing content than reading a dry or long policy document.
Offers the ability for an employee to quickly get up-to-speed with the practices and policies a company has all located in one training campaign.

Cybersecurity awareness, CCPA, CPRA, FERPA, COPPA, HIPPA, password policy, and anti-harassment and discrimination policy.

Value of Centralized Services

All modules and even custom uploaded policies can all be placed in one training campaign, so an employee doesn't have to worry about finding one policy in a handbook, the other online, and maybe another one on a department site, it's all centrally located where the user just logs in and has their checklist to work through. From a SysAdmin side, progress and tracking can be easily accomplished, with the ability to have reminders sent to users for completing their training, and even include the manager for help if needed.

Training Contents

Their microaggressions understanding and prevention mod was great when we had a lapse in coverage for this topic. Sure, we had this policy written into the employee handbook, but having an interactive mod to easily present to a user was a great option. Similar case for when California added CPRA to the CCPA, KnowBe4 Compliance Plus had a mod ready to go which we were able to easily integrate into our campaigns.

KnowBe4 Compliance Plus does have a wide range of mods to choose from including a lot of topics I didn't realize until searching their mod store. They are practical and can be implemented fairly easily to add into campaigns. Navigation through their site can be a bit cumbersome at times when designing a campaign and then trying to pull in new mods from their store, the drop down menu to select mods could be improved, like adding in a newly listed mods at the top.
