Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Compliance Plus
We use the tool for compliance training such as sexual harassment, Bribery and fraud, insider threat, HIPAA etc. We have people who work outside of our home area, so compliance plus covers different state and country compliance issues. This is important for us as we are a small company and KnowBe4 Compliance Plusdoes the work for us. Also, we use the tool to setup automatic groups based on values in the user profile. Once a profile is setup, we can create tailored campaigns based on on it. This cuts down time and ensures that our people get the right training based on role and location.

It made Sexual Harassment training much easier because it has content tailored to jurisdictions and we could set people up to be automatically added to the right training based on their location. Also, we did some work in healthcare and we could very quickly get our team members HIPAA training so they understood safe handling of information. Finally, they have short courses on other topics so we can give our team members small nuggets of training on a regular basis without being too overwhelming.
It is good to have both my security and compliance training in one spot. Our team has also started using it or original content as well. It has been helpful to have all of our training in one place in a platform that our team members know and understand.
We did not evaluate other tools as we were already using the security platform and the price was good so we kept everything together.

No -- KnowBe4 Compliance Plus includes a customer success manager as a part o the product and the support they provide is premium. KnowBe4 Compliance Plus should be very proud of their customer success team. Everyone I have dealt with has been highly responsive, helpful, and professional.
We were trying to set up new training groups based on more detailed user profile information and custom fields. Our customer success manager walked us through the entire process, made sure all of our groups and training programs were set up correctly so that we can launch on time. This is just one example.KnowBe4 Compliance Plus support is always exceptional and they are probably the most responsive SaaS product partner I have ever worked with.
