KnowBe4 Compliance Plus is a Great Product with Great Support

We had a lot of issues with people falling for scams and getting their mailboxes compromised, but after just one year of training and Campaigns, we saw an incredible decrease in compromised mailboxes (less than one mailbox per year) and an incredible increase in scam email reporting. I wish we could have done training and campaigns for our student population because that is really the only place we still see compromised mailboxes and students falling for scams. However, that has even decreased significantly.

I would have liked to have purchased their Rip and Flip product, but it was not budgeted for other expenditure reasons. I have written my own Rip script in PowerShell, and we also use eDiscovery in Microsoft to Rip scam email messages from our mailboxes, but not as well as the Rip and Flip tool would have worked. The Rip and Flip product would have also provided a training component that my script and eDiscovery do not have.
