We sync users with Active Directory.
We are using KnowBe4 for security awareness training across the entire organization. We do bi-monthly phish testing and assign training to all team members throughout the year.
- Excellent training videos. KnowBe4 provides very clear and easy to follow security awareness training videos. Some of the best we have seen.
- Easy to use management interface: intuitive interface for reporting and management.
- Great integration with Office 365: love the plug-in with Outlook to report phish emails.
- We would like to see a larger library of short (less than 10 minute) training videos.
- We reduced our phish prone percentage by over 30% after using the product for a few months. It very quickly educated our users and raised awareness.

Fresh training content is huge. Team members have a lot of training requirements and they are much more likely to engage if the content is fresh and exciting.
We regularly report phish prone scores to management and track them from month to month.
