Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

AD integration with the on-prem connector, using security group filtering.
We do semi-annual training for our employees across all departments, including anti-phishing, social engineering and more.

  • We have seen the qty of instances of successful phish attempts decrease from about 10 per year to 1-2 per year since implementing.
Support staff seems knowledgeable on the product. Maybe a little lacking in the feature request department, as we have some specific (minor) pain points surrounding user onboarding and offboarding.

Fresh training content is helpful, and in fact necessary, as identical repeat trainings would be useless
Completion percentage, and actual count of successful phishing attempts after training has been completed.
It is excellent at providing general awareness for anti-phishing. It demonstrated a proven improvement in our end users' ability to not only avoid phishing attempts, but also make the IT department aware of new and emerging threats.
