Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
Individuals have access to the content library and they are free to access whenever the like. We also have incentives to take optional training if it fits with their dept strategy.
We had security awareness programs in place, however it was not robust and was outdated. It's important for all employees to recognize phishing as it's the number one way in which organizations are compromised. The whole organization uses the product and it's amazing that we did not have to create the content of our own as it's time-consuming. With a large content library of topics, KnowBe4 is an asset to our company to be fully secured.

The content is professional quality and there are so many choices that we don't have a hard time finding content that fits our corporate "culture." Many of them use humor and interactivity to keep adult users' attention. And I love that they have different options for the awareness message - anywhere from posters, pre-canned newsletter templates, short "micro" training of no more than 5 minutes, and longer training up to 30 minutes.
Running reports that see what users are accessing and what content they had reviewed. Compliance reporting to determine if users are reviewing the content or not.
