Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

KnowBe4 is currently used to administer phishing campaigns across the whole organization.
  • Great Support. There were multiple times when I needed help selecting from similar yet different content and one call to the Support line and done.
  • A lot of resources, not limited to simply course modules.
  • Variety of training/promotional material including posters and print-outs etc.
  • Nothing!
  • This is just me being nitpicky but in the library section of the modstore, it might be easier to simply click on the content title to access content details as opposed to the encircled i icon on the right-hand side.
  • Increased security awareness.
  • Increased caution when sending/receiving emails and in general wariness regarding potential threats.
Always a live body on the other end of the call. Great support, always follow up with you till the resolution of your issue. Provide immediate assistance if and when possible. If not, escalate any questions and expedite resolutions.

Very intuitive and easy to use. English is not the primary language for a significant portion of our employees and the Spanish versions of the content covers this!
Up to date material. Ensures relevance and applicability to everyday situations/life.
KnowBe4 is great for security awareness training. We currently use it for phishing campaigns and it is up to date with the current events.
