Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

This platform is used by the entire company, including in different countries like Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, some countries in Europe, and the United States. We decided to implement it because we detected that our users had a poor knowledge of cyber risks and we would like to teach them how to be aware of all different kinds of attacks.

We have multiple users from several countries. It is so easy to create groups and keep them organized but if you are using a less common language, there is less content. They should translate as much as possible. There are important features to cover everything that is linked to awareness training and the content is very up to date.
