Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

We use KnowBe4 across our entire organization, which consists of roughly 750 employees. We send phishing tests to all our users, and have dynamic groups of "clickers" who are then required to take mandatory training. Admins can see the results of these tests to gauge how their schools compare to others.

  • Quality of support.
  • Variety of training content.
  • Fewer compromised accounts.
  • Less 1 on 1 training, and more KnowBe4 issued training.
We looked at a few open source phishing solutions, but landed on KnowBe4 due to the much easier setup, more variety of tailored emails, and significantly better training options to users.

If you have cloud services, being able to test and train your users on how to spot phishing attempts can save you time and money vs having accounts compromised due to phishing. KnowBe4 is well suited to have custom emails sent out, and dynamic groups to issue training to automatically.

KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training New Features

There was a bit of a learning curve when setting up KnowBe4 and the awareness training, but support was always available to help us with the setup. I think user intuitiveness could be improved, but overall it's usability was very good. KnowBe4 has continuously been improving over the years and I've noticed that issues we had originally are no longer there.

We've worked with KnowBe4 support during the setup and initial phishing testing, as well as setting up training for our end users. Every time we contacted them, they would respond immediately and give us the information we needed. I would highly recommend KnowBe4 for their support.
