Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We use it for annual training surrounding e-mail and web security to assist with guarding against phishing and social engineering. We also use their product for simulated phishing attacks to bolster user awareness and their utility for reporting potential phishing e-mails with their PhishER line that uses machine learning to check reported e-mails and potentially automatically quarantine them.

They release updated training every year for our users. We require all users to go through the modules within the first 60 days of the new school year.
We sync with Active Directory and integrate with Google for SSO.
They have great reporting about how long users have spent on the training and what types of devices they completed it from.
