Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

We have used KnowBe4 to train all our campus users on cybersecurity issues from how to spot phishing attempts to picking safe passwords to understand a bit about how hackers can attack. We also have used simulated phishing tools to better protect our users.

Pros

  • Great engaging training
  • Phishing tools to better train users
  • Great Customer Service

Cons

  • Seems like every few years they add a new subscription level for more cost. Frustrating to not be included when you originally "bought at the top"
  • Raised our security awareness across campus
  • Combines many things into one program (training, phishing, PhisherER, etc...)
We have been very happy with how responsive and helpful support has always been if we had problems.

Very user friendly, one of its strengths!
I think the pricing is fair, although my only frustration is that we 'bought at the top' level, but then new levels were added above it. I realize a lot more content was rolled out, and I get it from a business perspective, but it would have been nice to include it at the level we were already at.
Great ability to set up training and then it just runs (sends all the reminders, etc...). Very easy integration. However, like anything you have to have someone who will take care of the "care and feeding" of the program, and if you don't keep the training going, it can just sit in the background and not be used, so you do have to be engaged.
