Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

We send the security awareness emails to our employees and every semester do a phishing campaign. We don't want to overwhelm our employees with information so we make sure to limit our total number of engagements. We are trying to get HR to use the Knowbe4 videos but prefer the ones we get from another HR vendor for Higher education. The video library from KnowBe4 is much better and we really appreciate the content.

  • The USB campaign is all but useless despite what some think. The security of Macros is too high.

I have not had to engage in support so there is not anything to really say. I know they are available if we need them.

Some of the content has limited availability to the general user community but overall has been a great tool. We get a lot of value for our employees and just wish we could also include students as well. The student price was equal and we know that engagement would be low so it was just so outpriced for us we really wish there was a better value scale for Higher Education.
We had an excellent vendor support team and a representative from sales who has continued to keep in touch. The continued information we receive and updates have provided us a lot of useful information for our staff and faculty We really appreciate the time and energy that was put into the engagement we receive.
We are good with everything but the pricepoint beyond just staff. Again I'll just note as a non-profit higher ed institute we can't afford to engage the entire student body. We have graduates, undergrads and PhD students who may or may not be active any one semester and to purchase a price point for all users in this base was just untenable.
We do love the phishing campaign but the cost was high for our entire student body. We are a nonprofit institution of higher education and it would have been nice to have a price point that did not price out based on the student body. We got one free campaign from our vendor but we never got to continue that without a major price increase we felt was out of reach. We appreciate the training provided and love sharing that information on our internal portal.
