Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We use it as a tool to train users on what to look out for from phishing scams. We do mandatory training for all users. Targeted training to high-risk departments like Finance. We do simulated phishing attacks. We do annual awareness proficiency tests to gauge the level of risk our users put the organization at and have objectives set around reducing that risk. We also target other specialist groups such as those traveling with specific training modules.
- Good video training modules, informative and fun
- PhishER platform to deal with threats quickly and automated
- Customer success teams that follow up regularly to ensure you get the most from the product
- Inbuilt project plan that gives you targets to reach by certain dates to ensure you utilize the full system and stay active
- Poster campaigns are not great quality
- Being an admin you can't get the genuine user experience as the links sent out for training and tests don't work the same way as non-admins
- Helps with cyber insurance
- Automates dealing with emails that are a threat
