Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

We use the phishing simulation product and combine it with the training for a comprehensive security awareness training program. We hoped to address the growing concern of experiencing a breach by a compromised user.

Pros

  • Automatic enrollment of failed phishing simulation of users.
  • Interesting and informative content.
  • Reporting to find users that need additional training.

Cons

  • Learning library needs a date added when creating a new training.
  • Some of the trainings need newer versions like privileged users.
  • Has increased awareness in users.
  • Has provided a stream of news in the form of weekly emails.
  • Has assisted in the early containment of any slips by users.
I have always received great support from KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training when I have needed assistance.

The console is easy to read and provides a lot of great information that can be investigated further by following the section.
It has been a while but professional services were awesome when we were implementing KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training.
I think KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is the best product on the market and recommend it wherever I can. I love the phishing simulation options and the training is just the right length.
