Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training for quarterly security training campaigns to train all of our email users which is approximately 1800 users. It allows us to give our users up-to-date security training that is fun and engaging. It also allows us to phish our users with varying difficulty depending on the skill set.

Reporting
Challenging and robust automatic phishing campaigns.

There could be some more reporting options.
Sometimes content search/filters in Mod Store seems to miss things.
Phish ER ML could be better.

Return on Investment

Our users seem more sharp on phishes.
User response to training is mostly positive.
Phish ER effectiveness is tied to user buy in for using the Phish Alert Button.

Support Rating

It has been my experience that KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training's support has been very good and we haven't needed to use it very much which I think says it all really. Their response has been reasonably quick and they have a knowledgeable and helpful support staff that are able to assist you when required.

Usability

The platform takes a little bit to get used to but once you get used to it it's relatively easy to use. Most of the settings seem laid out intuitively. The only issue I have had is how user/group management works and it's more me just getting used to how it's set up in the console.

Contract Terms and Pricing Model

It's kind of expensive compared to other products on the market although I think this product is likely better than those other products it 3 times better? I think not.

Likelihood to Recommend

KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is well suited for larger organizations as it has robust tools for handling thousands of users. The content is varied enough depending on how light or serious you want your training to be to go in whichever direction you like. Same with phishing it can go from easy to very challenging it's a good range. Smaller organizations might not need all bells and whistles this comes with.
