Use Cases and Deployment Scope

KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training provides security awareness for all CGM US internal employees. The training is very helpful and informative; however, it's always a challenge to ensure that the non-technical colleagues and end-users understand what can be considered legit and what is actually spam or an incident.

For example, we typically follow a procedure and work with our global headquarters in Germany concerning mail filters, which include phishing and spam e-mails. We are also continually improving our global and domestic network security to prevent future incidents and attacks.

Pros and Cons

Free Webinars and Workshops with E-mail Subscriptions.
Good training platform for enterprise solutions.

The Free tools and resources are separated on the website - perhaps keeping them combined will work.
Provide more enterprise-based training demos and webinars for employers.

Return on Investment

It has great investment but is also targeted for Enterprise IT teams.
Pricing may be expensive.

Support Rating

I haven't used their customer support often but their reputation is still good overall.

The platform is clear on what it shows when you're logged into the training platform. E-mail reminders are used to inform every user that if there is mandatory training from KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training, to complete it by a specific deadline.

Likelihood to Recommend

I've only used KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training from my employer as an end-user, and then found out about the webinars and whitepapers, so I do subscribe to them. I would like to know more about how the webinars are different from the actual training (or if they can be combined).
