Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is our primary source of security awareness in the company. We do monthly security awareness training for our employees, and this includes all white-collar employees in the company.

This training has raised the employees' security awareness effectively, and our employees are now actively recognizing and reporting any suspicious emails or activities on the network, and this, in turn, is helping to strengthen the cyber security defenses in our company.

We appreciate the effort that the KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training team and associates are putting to provide great security awareness content.

Pros

  • Continuous update to the content.
  • Flexibility and easiness in which content can be provided to users.

Cons

  • Provide more content in different languages.
  • Provide insight into the future of cyber threats.
  • Provide more gaming modules, as they are very appealing to end users.
  • 60 - 70% increase in security awareness amongst company employees.
  • Added a good balance of security on the employee's side against technical security in the company.
  • On the negative side (although it is not really negative), employees are always asking for more security training :).
They have always addressed our issues, and there was no delay in their response.

We are satisfied with most of the features that KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is offering, but we believe improvement can be done on the reporting side and data extraction side.
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is well suited in that it targets all levels of employees, as executive staff are as likely as other staff and even more likely to be targeted, KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training had also focused on this level of employees, which adds a lot to the level of security desires in all companies.
