In order to maintain an informed employee base, we use KnowBe4 for New Hire Security training, Annual Security training, HR/Legal compliance training, and phishing exercises.

It allows us to rotate through training and keep the user experience fresh. In the past, it was the same training for users over and over again.
We import users manually. We have tried the SCIM integration, but we continue to have issues with it. Users are manually archived as they terminate.
