We were searching for a proper employee security training platform and materials and found KnowBe4 Product covering both of these topics for us. It was convenient to set up SSO and auto provisioning, which streamlined the process for us. I personally found the materials and training available on a platform as really well-designed and up-to-date. Probably it was the best material in the security area I've ever seen - short and sharp.
Pros
- Quality of materials.
- Easy to setup and maintain.
- Notifications features.
Cons
- Improve notification integrations - having Slack there would be helpful.
- Organization's Risk Score - it's unclear how it's forming and how it can be used, while it's the first thing you see on the account dashboard.
- Reports - we faced issues when users who completed all training have been reported as not that, causing some misunderstanding.
- We haven't found a way to calculate ROI for KnowBe4; like any other security program, it's working on risk mitigation, but it's almost impossible to calculate revenue out of it.

The main impact is the foundation of security terminology we were able to establish in the company because of materials in KnowBe4 security training, especially in non-tech departments. It's way easier to communicate when you use the same words in the company to describe issues.
We set up SSO and SCIM that dramatically simplify user management for us. Almost everything was delegated to Okta integration. The group's capabilities allowed us to cover all the use cases we had.
The main reports we used were reports about users who attended and completed training.
