We use KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training at the bank to send out quarterly simulated phishing to our employees. This allows us to test our user's knowledge and readiness for phishing attacks. KnowBe4 provides data regarding these tests: recipients, delivered, opened, clicked, replied, opened attachment, and reported along with other relevant data fields. This allows us to pinpoint our "high risk clickers" and send additional phishing training. KnowBe4 provides campaign templates to create these phishing tests, making it easy and convenient. They also provide knowledge articles that can be used in creating training around phishing.
