It has kept the training program fresh. The various segments such as "The Inside Man" ongoing series has employees looking forward to training rather than dreading it. The large training catalog allows us to tailor other activities to the lessons being presented in these video vignettes.
We are a small organization, so we handle employee onboarding manually. However, KnowBe4 offers the ability to assign users to smart groups like "new hires" or "phishing test failures" to dynamically assign coursework to. There are also capabilities to import users from lists, etc.
Phishing test results, security culture scores, security training assessments and completions.
