KnowBe4 is used in this public K-12 school division to keep staff aware of potential email spoofing and scams. This product heightens awareness and provides you with data to understand which users need extra assistance in recognizing troubled messages. This can be done through campaigns that you initiate and parameters that you establish.
Data is provided to you after each campaign to see how staff are performing. There is also a comparisson graph visible to demonstrate how your firm compares to the industry average.
Support staff at KnowBe4 is also top notch. Any contact that I need or have had with them has been superb and professional.

- Teaches users data and details to be on the lookout for in messages.
- Strengthens your knowledge on weak points in staffing to focus on.
- I have been using KnowBe4 for two years now and am satisfied.

- ROI may be hard to measure. Statistics are available for you to establish an initial baseline with staff then you can compare to results of future campigns to measure effectiveness.
- The more security measures we take to train our end users, the safer the data is that resides in our environment.

The traing and awareness campaigns are always changing and adapting to new scams created in the wild. The mimicking of real world scams and being able to present them to your users, the ability to impose your business logo on false messages, delivers realistic looking messages for testing the users strengths and increasing awareness.
Our users are intergrated through our Google domain.
Graphs and data representing whch users need guidance, which users are failed multiple times, are helpful in focusing training on the subset of users who need it the most.
