KnowBe4 is an amazing tool!
Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
It is used to educate users about common social engineering tactics and various forms of cyber attacks. We usually use the PAB button for suspicious emails daily, are tested on identifying fishy emails from unknown and known senders, and get daily updates via a news feed for cyber news in the world. It has taught us to be more vigilant and less forthcoming with information when we get strange phone calls from supposed vendors that ask pointed questions.
Pros
- Explain cyber attack methods in layman's terms for anyone to understand
- Gives us many types of examples to become familiar with common attacks
- Allows users to train on demand and year round
Cons
- Some of the test emails for phishing training are too easy to identify
- Create trivia games with Kahoot that users can participate in directly
- Cannot think of anything else, love the products
- Helps secure organization via "the human firewall"
- Less time spent fighting easy to spot threats can be devoted towards development and spotting high impact threats
- Lack of successful attacks means saving money on cyberinsurance and ransomware payouts
