We use KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training to run automated Phishing training campaigns. We create additional training campaigns that provide interactive training and games. Before we had KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training we had to manually create and deploy Phishing training. Reviewing the results was hard since it wasn't managed by an automated system. This has saved us a lot of time and provided better training for our employees. We have seen an increase in users reporting Phishing emails. We also use interactive training and game modules. We are now metrics we can review and see if anyone needs any additional training. This has been extremely helpful to ensure our users have the best training possible.

We used a free product in the past named GoPhish. It was very basic and we spent a lot of time creating and managing Phishing campaigns. It cost us a lot of our time and we didn't have all of the tools we needed to run a successful training campaign. It was hard to automate it and it requeired a lot of planning in order to get it to run. Once we started using KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training all of these issues were resolved. We no longer have this issue and have been able to focus our time on other projects.

This is exactly what we needed. We want to continuously train our users with the latest content available. Their videos and games set them apart from other companies. They have helped our company stay secure by showing them what to look out for in a Phishing email and how to report it. The content is easy to deploy and manage and we are happy to have the metrics and reporting available at the end od each training campaign.
I review Phishing emails reported and manage the Phishing training campaigns we run. I review the training content and games that are offered. It's nice because there is new content frequently released. I also create additional training campaigns for our company. I look at our reports to see if there are any users that need additional training.
We like to review the baseline our company started at and we are after each campaign. It's important for us to continue to have the least amount of Phishing emails clicked on as possible. We also use the metrics to help create new training campaigns. The automated reports and metrics has really helped us stay secure.
