KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is used in our organization to facilitate web-based security training for all employees. Trainings are rolled out both quarterly and annually to ensure employees remain aware of the threats to their organization's cyber networks and the potential liabilities that accompany those threats. Additionally, the platform allow leaders to identify areas of opportunity to sure-up potential weaknesses and improve awareness.

- Allow for scheduled and personalized reminders

- Provide more training modules at lower statuses
- Website tabs can be more simplified to locate desired information
- Need to improve the instructions on how to run reports
- Overall risk score decreased by more than 5% in a year

The availability of fresh training content and access to different content publishers has been a huge proponent for employee participation. The variety in the training introduces new approaches to security awareness training which gives organizational leaders much flexibility in training selections that will facilitate the most learning opportunities in the most efficient way possible.
I do not handle user management.
The organization provides multiple reports to each of our campuses to keep them abreast with their employee participation rates and overall progress. Additionally, KnowBe4 gives an account for security awareness training failures, including personnel who needs additional training and time tracking to complete said trainings.
