Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We use KnowBe4 for phishing simulation, security training and a few other things as well. I like how everything works together from getting sim results to sending out training and tracking results. Very clean layouts and easy to follow instructions.

- Cloning simulations has caused some issues since not all information is transferred over
- It has shown us where to better put focus and attention for training. This should help keep us safer from scams
I like how KB4 has more options in the simulations and training as well as more depth of services than the other companies

failure/reporting and training completion are the biggest metrics that I use
