KnowBe4: Security Awareness and Phishing Made Easy
Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
KnowBe4 was implemented to strengthen the awareness and knowledge regarding phishing and cybersecurity. Education tends to lack adequate or proper training, infrastructure, and prevention around threats in the digital sector. The ability to actively train employees on current topics and trends regarding cyber security is a blessing when most consider security as an afterthought. Implementation of training and phishing is made easy with KB4 integration.

We are still fresh in the usage of KnowBe4, but are happy to implement a reliable program. No consistent and structured content has been used in the past. KnowBe4 offers several approaches to training users on awareness. In addition to the training, there is also the option for regular phishing tests.
User management is easy with an AD/Azure sync. Accounts are integrated automatically and SSO allows for easy account setup on first time login. You can delegate security roles to individual users based on need of access. These roles are fully configurable to allow view/read permissions on various parts of the KnowBe4 console.
Metrics and reports break down user status of training and phishing tests. List views include not completed, in progress, completed, late/overdue, and provide percentages and numbers for each category. Phishing tests break down categories of users that open emails, report emails, click any attachments, and enter information on the landing page.
These metrics help to create and curate content for remedial training and any repeat failures of phishing tests.
