Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We use it to send fake phishing emails and track how many employees click on the fake email. We also use it to train our employees on what phishing emails are and how to spot them and report them. This helps keep the company and all our data safe in case a real phishing email pops up. The visuals are also very useful to look at individuals, departments, and their risk scores.

It has made training much easier and more efficient. There is tons of information that is good for many different industries and helps streamline the process.
We give everyone the least privileges they need for their job and I personally create a report that shows what departments/users are doing good or bad.
We like to see users risk scores and how many phishing emails they have clicked on
