Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance)
It used by a couple of departments, primarily for the PDF conversion capabilities.
- PDF conversions.
- Creating PDF from scanner.
- Can be easier to use/more affordability to users.
- Software can have less overhead, do I need 3 separate shortcuts.
- Time savings.
- Enhances ERP investment.
Some traditional "advanced" processing and functions are right in the user's face.
I like Xchange for day to day, but Power PDF provides capabilities not present in PDF Xchange. Both are preferable to Adobe.
