Overall Satisfaction with Kronos Workforce Ready
Kronos Workforce Ready is being used by each of our department managers in order to keep track of employee's timesheets. It's an extremely useful tool which allows for accurate timekeeping and processing payroll in an efficient manner. Kronos Workforce Ready tackles problem areas such as missing punches by providing us with a report that can be downloaded and sent out to the respective departments. One of the great benefits is being able to download the report in various file formats such as a PDF, Excel spreadsheet and more.

Kronos Workforce Ready was pre-selected by our management team. Another product I have used in the past was Timesaver. Overall I feel each product has their own individual benefits. There are things we can do in Kronos Worksforce Ready that we were not able to use in Timesaver such as creating schedules. Reports are also significantly easier to use and create. However, in Timesaver, we were able to directly apply any vacation or sick requests onto the employee's timesheet.

The decision to purchase Kronos Workforce Ready was done by the company which manages us. I'm sure that their decision was more than likely based on the features this product offers as well as usability. I'm not exactly sure what other factors could have been behind their choice in selecting Kronos Workforce Ready.
