Overall Satisfaction with Kronos Workforce Ready
Our HR and Payroll use the system regularly; our managers use it to view their employees' data, and our employee use the self-service piece.
- The system has a lot of flexibility to customize it to our needs.
- It is user-friendly.
- They did a recent release or upgrade where the "search" and "sign off" options are now hidden within a hamburger menu. Would rather them be on the dashboard to save time.
- Would like to see all fields available when I want to add columns (data) to a report. The type of report determines which columns you can access.
- We are able to import new hire data from our ATS, eliminating 90% of the manual entry into the system. We also import all payroll data from our POS, thus eliminating 95% of manual entry into the system.
- We've been wanting to go to electronic performance appraisals, but there wasn't a way the employee could sign the form. I understand there's been some enhancements, so we'll look at it again. If we can get this implemented, it will prevent a great deal of entry currently done in HR.
Integrated modules, user-friendly system, flexibility with custom fields and report writing.
