Overall Satisfaction with Kronos Workforce Ready
Kronos is used for scheduling and time keeping within my organization. It allows all of us to create our monthly schedule and keep track of our own weekly accruals. It also allows us to see who else is scheduled for the week and that helps us figure out what days would be approved or not.

- Sometimes my shifts do not show up on my calendar but instead there are three blue dots indicating I have a shift that day
- It has created a much easier way of scheduling to make sure there are no holes in our schedule by allowing us to see how many people have put them selves on a certain day
I have not used a similar program we had paper scheduling prior to kronos
