Overall Satisfaction with Kronos Workforce Ready

It’s being used for administrative work especially in regards to payroll. Our organization system uses Kronos and it allows employees to access it anytime to input their hours. It is used throughout our whole organization and we have training to teach employees how to use Kronos. In which if they have any problems with payroll, they will then turn to HR so that HR can fix their Kronos payroll.
  • Easy to access in the sense that it simply takes a click of a button.
  • Comprehensible meaning that it is not difficult to understand how the system works as long as you have someone explain it to you.
  • Easy to use in the sense that it's not hard to remember how to use it. It's easy to explore.
  • More training necessary to use it because you do need at least half an hour for someone to explain it to you.
  • Slow in the sense that it takes a long time for it to load.
  • Difficult to complete in the sense that there's a lot of things you have to double check in order for it to go through properly.
  • Change in payroll errors has decreased which has led to less confusion.
  • While it can be annoying to get an instant alert notification that there's a payroll error, as long as you know what the symbols means, it allows you to be able to fix the problem right away so it also helps employees fill out their own payroll sheets without having to constantly ask HR.
  • It has created a positive impact in the sense that employees can easily access Kronos anytime to put in their hours.
Administration and accounting for employees to input their hours. As long as an employee can have the training, then they can go in and input their hours. However, Kronos can be slow and it can be confusing without the training needed to input the hours. Otherwise, once you have the training it's very self-explanatory.
