Overall Satisfaction with Kronos Workforce Ready

We decided to contract Kronos last year in March of 2018. We started setting up our profile in June of 2018 and it took us the whole 6 months to get all the details ironed out. We went live in January and we have been extremely happy with Kronos. It has made such a difference in our business.
  • Kronos Workforce Ready is extremely user-friendly and Kronos give so much support when you have any issues.
  • We use the scheduler as well and it has saved us hundreds of labor hours.
  • Everything is broken down in sections and organized very well.
  • We had a little difficulty when we had to do supplemental payroll.
  • There are so many features within the Kronos software that it is a little difficult to remember all of the functions.
  • Kronos has definitely made a positive impact on our ROI. It is worth the money.
Kronos Workforce Ready
I would recommend any company to use Kronos once you reach 100 employees. If you are a smaller company, it will be difficult to use Kronos because it would not be very cost-effective for you. If you are a larger company, Kronos offers all the resources that you will ever need to communicate and provide support for your employees.
