Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are using Kronos Workforce Ready for timekeeping purposes for our Corporate office. It addresses all our the non-exempt employee punches and time-off requests.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Real-Time Data - Whether an employee punches online or from a time-clock, the data is instant.
Approval process - The approval process is very simple and straightforward.
Calendar - The calendar shows an in-depth view of your personal schedule and any upcoming time off requests that have been approved.

Cons

Time off cancellation process - A canceled time off request needs to be approved by a manager. The employee should be able to cancel at any time without an approval
The onboarding process is hectic - not very user-friendly

Return on Investment

We have had a positive impact on managing data between Kronos Workforce Ready and our payroll system.

Kronos Workforce Ready can support our employees with timekeeping and transferring data to our payroll system. However, there are certain time restraint issues that we run into due to implementation issues.

Role-based Success

Kronos Workforce Ready helps me successfully pull time data and get it imported to the payroll system.

Quality of Resources

Kronos Workforce Ready is very good about giving updates on new features or information. Users and the implementation team have been very happy with the latest updates.

Likelihood to Recommend

The implementation process is a little rocky, but once users are correctly installed and live in the application, it is effortless and straightforward.
