Overall Satisfaction with Kronos Workforce Ready

Workforce Ready is used across the whole organization. It helps in administering both HR and payroll functions.
  • Processing payroll is a breeze.
  • It allows for easy tracking of performance evaluations and goals.
  • The system seems to lag a lot making it difficult to complete tasks.
  • Implementation training could be more thorough. Especially the HR, talent acquisition and onboarding.
  • Cuts down on paperwork generated.
  • Allows employees to generate own requests cutting down on admin time.
We researched 5 companies before finally settling on Kronos. We felt that Kronos had the most to offer in modules and functionality for our business.
I think more individual functionality needs to be built in for multiple EIN's where everything isn't the same.
Kronos helps keep the HR department organized and easily track the status of requests.
The community is very helpful. The learning and training materials are easy to understand. More HR training needs to be done in the implementation stage though. Very little time was dedicated to ensuring the HR side was set up and functioning as we wanted.
Kronos does a good job at timekeeping and pulling information into payroll.
