Kronos Workforce Ready has been an asset to our company. We are able to create and fetch reports as needed for various business reporting/audits. Kronos is flexible, and their customer service is unmatched.

KWR allows me to perform all of my payroll duties/employee management in one place. In regards to payroll, it is also a second set of eyes, bringing attention to anything that may seem amiss for your review before completing processing.

Kronos has outstanding customer service. The representatives are very responsive and knowledgeable. They also offer constant webinars to keep you up to date with the latest updates to KWR and changes that may impact your business. The trainings are thorough and they offer printed materials to go along with the trainings, which are conducted by knowledgeable staff.

Kronos Workforce Ready is well suited for a factory setting where employees are working swing shift and must clock in/out using a time clock. The time clocks are more reliable than others we have worked with in the past. It works well for time and attendance and transferring this information over to Payroll.
