Overall Satisfaction with Kronos Workforce Ready
We use a myriad of products through the Kronos system. We service everything from payroll processing only, to time and labor management, to full HRO, and everything in between. A couple of clients use the recruiting module and scheduling module. The system is used company-wide, as we use it for our internal TLM.
- TLM works well if configured properly.
- Rate tables.
- Single sign-on for various products and add-ons.
- Customer service/engineering response time to changing regulations.
- Need more testing prior to new releases: tends to break more than fix.
- Configurable to a fault: often difficult to get the correct settings when needed.
- Not an intuitive system, not user-friendly.
- Upgraded UI is a step back in many places, you should not lose functionality when you "upgrade" your system.
- I would prefer to use a different platform for our payroll processing, as I don't think their Engineering team takes the end-user experience into account.
Kronos is designed better for payroll only type clients or ASO/HRO clients. Worklio is a new software company and they are still building out their product. Currently, they are mainly a PEO product, but they are working towards the payroll/HRO side. They currently do not have a TLM module like Kronos, the automatic logins, or scheduled reminders, and there are a lot of features that still need to be built out in order to handle larger payroll-type clients.
