We use Kronos as our HRIS/Payroll system for the entire diocese in a centralized model for approximately 175 locations (including schools and parishes).

Cons
- Sometimes communicating about the changes in upgrades and where to find new items.
- Large reports are very slow at times.
- We are on POD4 which lately has had a LOT of latency and downtime, especially during payroll high times.
- When there are system-wide issues you don't always get immediately notified.
- Able to track specific location data for the purposes of reporting.
- Responsibility falls on the payroll manager at the location.
- Ability to charge locations for the benefits in an arrearage situation.
- Actual real-time data for reporting.
Incredibly powerful system and great reporting. The ability to merge multiple data and HR needs into one interface and report out is a game-changer for us.
