Overall Satisfaction with UKG Ready (formerly Kronos Workforce Ready)
We use UKG Ready (formerly Kronos Workforce Ready) to process payroll and manage employee data. We have found it to be user friendly and when we have a question, it is answered promptly. Employees are able to access and update their information, which makes it much more efficient than our previous software. It allows payroll, benefits, and HR to seamlessly work together.

- It would be convenient to be able to search for an employee by their social security number
- Must use UKG Ready (formerly Kronos Workforce Ready)'s time clock to automatically prevent overuse of PTO
- Sometimes the server is a little slow
- Much more efficient for updating employee information

- Tracking PTO is easier
If we needed to update one check in a pay run, we would have to recalculate the entire payroll. In UKG Ready (formerly Kronos Workforce Ready), we are able to calculate one check when necessary. PTO is calculated on a per state/pay type basis automatically. We are able to enter garnishments, liens, and child support in the Deduction Wizard, which is set up to deduct accurately on a state-by-state basis.
